METROCHEM has installed a comprehensive range of equipment - FTIR, Head Space gas Chromatograph, Double beam U .V. Spectrophotometer Gradient HPCL system, Stability chambers etc. apart from many other ancillary instruments to implement its Quality Assurance program.

Volume

To cater to our customers' high volume requirements, we have dedicated each of our 3 manufacturing facilities (with a combined production area of 3500 sq.mts) to our 3 core product groups - APIs, Pelletization & Intermediate Chemicals - reinforced by a well equipped, centralized Research & Development laboratory.

Apart from many ancillary equipments, our core production equipment includes 40 Stainless Steel Reactors & 8 Glass Lined Reactors with cumulative Reaction Volumes of 200 KL, which produce in excess of 400 TPA of APIs & Intermediates.

Similarly, our Pelletization plant is equipped with 8 Fluid Bed Coaters & other ancillary equipment, to produce in excess of 500 TPA of Pellets (Enteric coated, Granules & Sustained Release forms) with further expansions on the anvil.

Infrastructure & Technology

With 40 Stainless Steel Reactors and 8 Glass Lined Reactors currently and with further expansions on the anvil, we have the capacity to produce in excess of 400 TPA of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients and Intermediates in Powder form and 500 TPA of of Enteric Coated PFI's (Pharmaceutical formulation Ingredients/Pellets) every month.
